プロペラの前後のズレなど解消できるツール！ 「ハセガワ1/48 零戦 21型・52 型 /52 型甲/52 型丙」に対応する、プロペラのブレードの角度をしっかりと揃えて接着することができる治具です。120 度ずつしっかり取り付けができ、ピッチのズレも少なく接着可能になります。プロペラのハブ部分を台座治具に固定し、ブレードのパーツをハブのダボにあわせて接着剤を流し込みます。その後に固定治具を組み合わせることで、3つのブレードの角度が同一になるように固定されます。プラモデル用接着剤では接着できない素材の3DプリントUVレジン製なので、治具にパーツが接着されてしまうことはありません。
※接着剤を多量に流し込むと、固着する可能性がありますので、お気を付けください

A Tool to Eliminate Propeller Misalignment! This fixture is designed to align the angles of the propeller blades and securely attach them, suitable for "Hasegawa 1/48 Zero Fighter Type 21, Type 52, Type 52-Ko, and Type 52-Otsu" kits. It allows precise attachment at 120-degree intervals, reducing pitch misalignment for better adhesion. The propeller hub is fixed to the base fixture, and adhesive is applied to the hub's pegs to attach the blade parts. Then, by combining the fixing fixtures, the angles of the three blades are secured to be identical. Made of 3D printed UV resin material that cannot be bonded with plastic model adhesive, so there is no risk of parts getting glued to the fixture.
*Please be cautious about using excessive adhesive, as it may cause fixation.
