【製品特長】
本製品は主に1/48～1/72のエアモデルのピトー管をイメージした真鍮挽き物です。中央で太さを変えて段差にはテーパーを設けているため、真鍮線で自作するよりも手軽かつリアルな仕上がりが得られます。キットのパーツが折れてしまった際の修復はもちろん、専用品が手に入りにくい機体を製作されている方、エアモデルのディテールアップにチャレンジしてみたい方にもお勧めです。
また、エアモデルのみならずAFVや艦船模型、ロボットモデルのアンテナなどにも幅広くご活用いただけます。様々なシーンを想定した長さとなっているため、前後それぞれを任意の長さにカットしてください。

【使用方法】
1.ピトー管を差し込む位置をドリルなどで開口する。全長20㎜の場合は、直径0.5㎜、全長40㎜の場合は、直径0.9㎜
2.ピトー管をカットして長さを調整する。（※金属線に対応したニッパーなどを使用してください）
3.瞬間接着剤などで固定する。

※カットする際は直径1.0㎜までの金属線に対応したニッパーなどを使用してください。プラスチック専用ニッパーでカットすると刃先の破損の原因になります。

《MA0011》Universal Pitot Tube Set
From repairing broken kit parts to scratch-building and customizing other model genres, the precision-machined tapered shoulder adds a realistic finishing touch to your models!

【Features】
This set includes precision-machined brass pitot tubes designed primarily for 1/48 and 1/72 scale aircraft models. Each tube features a stepped profile with a tapered transition, providing a much more realistic appearance than a simple brass wire replacement while requiring minimal effort to install.
It is ideal for repairing broken kit pitot tubes, upgrading aircraft kits for which dedicated aftermarket parts are unavailable, or adding extra detail to your aircraft models. The set is also suitable for a wide range of other modeling applications, including AFVs, ship models, and robot kits as antennas or detail parts.
The tubes are intentionally supplied longer than required, allowing both ends to be cut to the desired length depending on your project.

【How to Use】
1. Drill a mounting hole where the pitot tube will be installed.
• 20 mm type: Ø0.5 mm hole
• 40 mm type: Ø0.9 mm hole
2. Cut the pitot tube to the desired length using cutters suitable for metal wire.
3. Secure the part with cyanoacrylate (CA) glue or an equivalent adhesive.

*When cutting the brass parts, use cutters designed for metal wire up to 1.0 mm in diameter. Using plastic-only nippers may damage the cutting edges.
